I’m drawn to this mustard side table for its warm, punchy tone and simple, squared-off design - it adds character without dominating a room. The lower shelf is ideal for magazines or a small basket, making it as practical as it is stylish.
It works particularly well in Scandi, mid-century or contemporary schemes: pair it with slate greys, navy or natural timbers for a balanced look, or team with soft pastels for a retro nod. Top it with a ceramic lamp, a small plant and a couple of art books to keep things fresh and functional.

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
