Description

Our pair of Carnaby chairs encapsulate the essence of mid century design. The contoured back and seat offer stylish comfort with the practical benefits of solid moulded plastic which is hardwearing and very easy to clean. The tapered leg design is produced entirely from steel tubing which is spun at high speed to create a seamless gentle tapering leg. The legs and underframe are precision welded together before being coated with matt black paint to create a strong and easy to assemble chair for you. Available in a choice of colours to complement your home decor.

Our Stylist Says

These chairs are a great choice for adding a pop of colour to modern or Scandinavian-inspired dining spaces. The light green hue offers a fresh, contemporary vibe that pairs well with neutral palettes or natural wood tones. I love their plastic seat, which is both durable and easy to clean-perfect for everyday use or when entertaining. The slim metal legs contribute to a sleek, minimalist look that works well in smaller rooms where space is at a premium. Styling tips include pairing them with a simple wooden table for a casual yet stylish feel, or mixing with other pastel tones for a playful, coordinated look. They’re versatile, functional, and add a touch of colour without overwhelming the space.

About The Range

Founded in 1989, The Range is the fastest growing retailer in the UK with an extensive selection to cater to a variety of styles and budgets. The Range provides affordable and quality products to enhance your living space.

Humble Beginnings

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.

A Visionary Leader

Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.

Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.

More Than Just Stores

You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
