Our Padstow round dark brown wooden extending dining table with pedestal leg is all about that chic rustic farmhouse style. This table will comfortably seat 4 when closed and 6 when extended. Clean lines, sturdy design, rounded edges to the table top and sitting on four feet jutting from that central pedestal leg, this table will look fab in any modern home, whether you're going for warm neutrals, that French elegant cottage look or a Mid Century Modern vibe. Constructed from solid 100% rubberwood with a rich dark brown stain, this extendable dinner table is sturdy, durable and will look great while doing it! The Padstow uses a simple butterfly mechanism - gently pull on either end of the table to 'open' the sliding mechanism and reveal the extension piece concealed under the top. Lift and unfold the extension piece to create the additional length. Some assembly required, but don't worry - we supply all the tools and fixtures along with easy-to-follow instructions. Plus, the 2 year warranty means you can shop with peace of mind.

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth.
