Our Stylist Says
I love how this garden parasol offers both functionality and style, making it a versatile piece for outdoor spaces. Its khaki tone pairs well with neutral or earthy palettes, blending seamlessly into both contemporary and rustic garden settings. It’s particularly great for creating a shaded retreat during sunny days and the built-in light adds evening ambience, perfect for casual gatherings. When styling around it, consider pairing with rattan or wooden furniture for a relaxed look, and add cushions or throws in complementary colours to enhance comfort and visual appeal. This parasol works well in open-plan outdoor areas or patios, providing practicality with wind protection and cover, while still maintaining a stylish, understated presence.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
