This item comes flat packed and requires self-assembly. a full assembly guide is included with this item. This set is delivered by our 3rd party 2 man courier service within 2-5 working days, The courier will deliver to the first floor room of choice only, they will not take the item up more than 1 flight of stairs. They will provide a 2 hour window slot on the day of delivery but can deliver out this period depending on the route network that day.
