I’m a fan of the Oslo turntable stand in light oak because its clean lines and warm timber tone sit easily in Scandi, mid-century or Japandi schemes. It’s compact but practical, with a low shelf for vinyl and two slim drawers for cables, remotes or record-cleaning tools.
Styling tip: keep the top surface free for your deck to breathe - add a small potted plant or minimal table lamp at one end and tuck speaker cables behind. On the open shelf, stand your favourite albums upright between a pair of simple bookends. The result is functional, clutter-free and perfectly on-trend.

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
