Description
Combining an oak finish with 7 drawers in a 5-over-2 layout, the Osaka chest of drawers is designed to offer practical storage and everyday functionality while complementing modern interiors. At 90cm wide, Its footprint is generous enough to offer serious everyday capacity while still fitting comfortably against a typical bedroom wall. Each drawer runs smoothly and offers proper depth, so folded clothing, linens or general household items all have a dedicated home rather than being piled on top of each other, and the consistent oak finish across every drawer front keeps the whole piece looking coordinated rather than mismatched. The finish is applied to a sturdy, well-braced construction, so it holds its shape and keeps its good looks even after years of daily use rather than showing wear within the first few months. For anyone tired of overflowing drawers and cluttered surfaces, it offers a proper, dedicated spot for everyday items that keeps a room feeling calmer and easier to keep tidy. On the practical side, it comes with the option of professional assembly, which takes the hassle out of getting furniture built and positioned correctly. With its blend of everyday practicality and contemporary styling, the Osaka chest of drawers is a straightforward way to bring lasting, organised storage into a modern home, without needing to compromise on how the room looks and feels.
Our Stylist Says
I really like this Osaka Oak 5 Plus 2 Chest of Drawers; it offers a practical storage solution with a sleek, modern look that works well in both contemporary and Scandinavian-inspired interiors. The light oak finish adds warmth without feeling heavy, making it versatile for bedrooms, hallways, or even living areas. For styling, I recommend pairing it with minimalist accessories to highlight its natural wood grain, and adding textured textiles or soft lighting nearby to create a cosy yet functional feel. It’s a great option for those wanting a spacious, durable chest that keeps clutter at bay while enhancing the overall aesthetic of a room.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
