The Ortho Flex Pocket Hybrid Memory Foam Mattress is designed to deliver reliable support and everyday comfort through a carefully balanced hybrid construction, combining a responsive pocket spring core with supportive foam layers to create a comfortable 23cm deep sleep surface. Individually pocketed springs move independently to respond to body weight and sleeping position, helping to distribute pressure evenly while supporting key areas such as the shoulders, hips, and lower back for a stable sleep posture. The medium comfort feel offers a balanced combination of cushioning and support, making it well suited to a wide range of sleepers. A layer of re-engineered foam reinforces the mattress structure and enhances durability, while the memory foam comfort layer contours to the body to relieve pressure points and improve comfort. The seven layer construction works together to provide strength and consistency, with insulator layers supporting the spring unit and improving stability, while the upper layers create a smooth sleeping surface. Finished with soft touch Pisa fabric, the quilted top includes breathable polyester fibres to encourage airflow. Five side handles make positioning and rotation easier, while the single sided design removes the need for flipping. Delivered rolled and vacuum packed in a compact box, the mattress expands after opening and reaches full shape within 48 hours. Made in the UK, it offers dependable comfort and practical support for everyday use.

Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores".
