Description

Boasting the same refined natural beauty as the original Ormoy Chair, but minus the arms and standing on taller legs, this oak bar stool iteration is ideal for casual kitchen-island dining or cocktail hour drinks. This collection takes its name from a town near the birthplace of Georges Jacobs, the master French designer who crafted caned furniture for Marie Antoinette – and whose style influenced this piece.

Our Stylist Says

I love how this bar stool brings a natural, relaxed vibe to both contemporary and classic interiors. Its light wood finish makes it versatile, pairing well with neutral palettes or adding a layer of warmth to more vibrant colour schemes. It's particularly suited to open-plan kitchens or breakfast bars, offering a casual yet stylish seating option. For styling tips, consider pairing it with woven or linen cushions for extra comfort, and keep the surrounding decor minimal to let the natural tones shine. This stool works beautifully in coastal, Scandi, or rustic-inspired schemes, adding an understated elegance that feels both fresh and timeless.
