Description
This graphic bookcase looks like a honeycomb of a beehive (dimensions 100 x 100 x D 35 cm) where your books, CD’s and other objects can be stored in a truly original way; it can function as a room divider, too… Opus Incertum, made of expanded polypropylene, can be used as an open and architectural dividing wall for structuring the space in a playful way. Embellished with plants or flowers, it will be an amazing division… It will look great on its own or you can combine several units and create a large bookcase (or dividing wall)… The units can be combined both vertically and horizontally (thanks to double-sided adhesive strips). Plenty of colour and shape combinations for you! No creativity limits! Sean Yoo, the designer, got the idea to create this bookcase when visiting Pompeii in Italy. The airy structure takes inspiration from the Roman stone buildings built using a technique called “Opus Incertum”. Please note: Opus Incertum Bookcase is made of extended polypropylene – this material has the look and touch of polypropylene.
