Defined by designer Jasper Morrison as the most obvious, definitive shape a wall light could be, the Oplight Wall Light embodies the form of a musical note on a pentagram, elegantly crafted by Flos. The light source derives from a board of LEDs covered with a ridged transparent panel, deflecting the light at angles away from the wall. An exercise in simplicity, the light works to emphasise the beauty of its surrounding architecture and space. An icon of British design and Designer of the Year at the Elle Decoration British Design Awards 2020, Jasper Morrison considers 'super normal' a term that defines good design. This refined aesthetic can be seen throughout his vast body of work.
