I’m a fan of this walnut-veneer TV unit for its clean lines and warm, dark finish - it’s a versatile base that anchors both contemporary and mid-century inspired living rooms. Its low, elongated profile works particularly well beneath a wall-mounted screen, while the fine grain of the veneer adds depth against pale or neutral walls.
To style it, keep the top simple: a couple of framed prints or a sculptural vase at one end, balanced by a stack of books and a small plant at the other. Tuck media players and game consoles away behind the doors to maintain a streamlined look. If you need extra height or contrast, lean a slim mirror or a tall floor lamp next to it rather than overcrowding the surface.
