Description

The Onega washed linen blackout curtain. The blackout lining of the same colour provides perfect protection against the light. Appreciated for its flexibility, washed linen embellishes and softens over time. Slightly wrinkled, ironing is unnecessary. This blackout curtain blocks out light and keeps your home private. Perfect for a bedroom without shutters. Some colours block light better than others, which is why choosing the colour of your curtain is important.. To guarantee an excellent level of blackout, we recommend that you opt for dark curtains, which are particularly effective at blocking out light and allowing you to create a dark room. The eyelets guarantee nice regular waves and ensure the fabric falls beautifully. They slide perfectly on the rod, making it easy to open and close the curtain. Product Details • Blackout • 100% linen, (160g/m²) • Washed linen • Tone-on-tone blackout lining, 100% polyester (darkening for light colours) • Top finish : eyelets in dark grey colour • Inner diameter of eyelets: 4cm/1.5" • Finished bottom : Plain hemmed edging. To help you in the choice and maintenance of your curtains, do not hesitate to consult our guide by typing "Curtain Buying Guide" in our search engine on the site. Care Advice • Machine washable at 30°C • Maximum shrinkage after washing : 7 to 10% approx. Fabrics made from natural fibres may shrink in the first wash. Always wash your curtains before making any alterations. • Do not tumble dry • If you don't need to iron them (linen curtains, Voile Panel...), let the curtains air dry by hanging them immediately after washing, making sure to spread them out to their full width. • If you want to iron your curtains, we recommend using a low-temperature steam iron or a steamer. Our Stylist Says

I love the option to pair this black linen curtain with various interiors thanks to its versatile washed finish and sleek eyelets for a clean, contemporary look. It works particularly well in modern or minimalist spaces, but also adds warmth and texture to more eclectic or Scandinavian schemes. Practical styling tips include hanging it close to the ceiling to maximise height and ensure better light control, or layering it with lighter curtains for a layered, cosy feel. Its blackout feature makes it ideal for bedrooms or media rooms where light control and privacy are key, while the understated black tone adds a sophisticated touch that elevates any space.
