I’m a fan of this hideaway desk in stone for its neat, Shaker-style lines and clever storage - it tucks away paperwork as soon as you’ve finished for the day. The soft grey tone works equally well in Scandi, modern-farmhouse or more traditional settings, and the simple doors keep the look calm and uncluttered.
For styling, keep the top surface clear except for a slim desk lamp and maybe a small potted plant or a couple of notebooks. Inside, use matching storage boxes or metal tin trays to corral cables, pens and paperclips, then simply close the doors for an instant, distraction-free zone. A natural-wood or leather-seat chair underneath will round off the space beautifully.
