Description

Quietly confident, the Chinese-influenced Yishu Desk hides a vibrant red interior within its compact, black-painted form. Lift up its weighty hinged lid to reveal four hidden cubby holes and an effective workspace that can be pulled out for even more surface area on which to work. The perfect desk for both saving and creating space, it can be folded away at the end of the working day to keep small spaces clutter-free.

Our Stylist Says

I’m a fan of the Yishu desk in rubbed black because its slim profile and subtle mango-wood grain bring warmth to small workspaces without dominating the room. It suits modern or transitional interiors - try it in a compact home office, an entry hall or even a bedroom nook. Style it with a streamlined desk lamp, a single pot plant for a touch of greenery and a neat pile of books or stationery trays. A sculptural chair in leather or rattan complements the warm under-tones of the black finish, and a low-profile basket underneath keeps any loose papers out of sight.
