Description

Just when you thought that the Coleridge family couldn’t get any bigger or better, we’ve reimagined the design and completed it with a smart navy ticking stripe. Inspired by a classic fabric style, our designers developed a brand-new stripe whose lines are formed from horizontal dashes—giving it a lighter finish with more personality than a solid stripe. The comfortable armchair retains the signature deep back and rounded arms the Coleridge is known for, while increasing its seat size, making it the perfect spot to relax. Its legs are removable and will be attached upon delivery.

Our Stylist Says

I’m a fan of the small Coleridge stripe chair for its neat proportions and classic navy ticking on breathable linen - it feels relaxed without looking sloppy. It works equally well in a coastal scheme, a modern country living room or a pared-back study where you want a hint of pattern without overpowering the space. To style, position it beside a simple oak side table and a slim-lined lamp for a reading nook, then add a soft, neutral cushion or a leather-trimmed throw to introduce texture. In a larger lounge, pair two chairs either side of a low coffee table, and echo the navy stripe in a rug or set of cushions to tie the look together.
