Description

Depicting a traditional Chinese landscape scene, complete with an array of flowers and birds, this decorative planter ensures that your favourite plant gets the attention it deserves. The design is named after a fascinating man named Zhu Da; a descendant of a Ming Dynasty prince, he was a child prodigy who created beautiful art and poetry, but was destined for monastic life. After 40 years in service, he left monastic life behind, becoming a professional painter working under the pseduonym Bada Shanren.

Our Stylist Says

I love this blue-and-white planter for its classic charm and versatility. Its timeless design makes it suitable for both traditional and contemporary interiors, especially those with a touch of heritage or understated elegance. It works beautifully on a windowsill, side table, or as a centrepiece on a dining or coffee table. For styling tips, pair it with lush green foliage or flowering plants to add colour and life, but it also looks great with minimalist succulents for a more modern feel. Because of its porcelain material, it adds a lovely tactile element and a touch of sophistication, making it a great choice for those looking to elevate their plant displays with a piece that feels both decorative and functional.
