Description

Sakura is the name for cherry blossom season in Japan. These five handmade panels display traditional paintings of flowers and birds in a quietly elegant style. The designs are hand painted onto ochre-stained glass, which then casts shadows on the wall for a 3D effect when the light shines through them. Each piece will have individual characteristics due to the artisanal process.

Our Stylist Says

I love how the set of five Sakura panels brings a subtle touch of nature-inspired tranquillity to a space. The distressed ochre finish adds warmth and texture, making it versatile for both contemporary and rustic interiors. These panels work beautifully above sofas, in hallways, or bedrooms to create focal points without overwhelming the room. For styling, consider pairing with muted tones or natural materials like wicker or wood to enhance their organic vibe. To keep the look fresh, hang the panels with even spacing to emphasise their shape and flow, and avoid placing them in overly cluttered areas to let their simplicity shine.
