Description

The Okin is named after the classical red dragon motif that adorns its surface. Dragon worship in Chinese culture has been around for the last 8,000 years, dragons being a symbol of power, nobility and honour, as well as luck and success – all things we would be happy to have in our lives. Other symbols featured on the Okin Table Lamp are auspicious clouds that express luck, joy, happiness and longing for a good life. These motifs are hand painted onto the clay and fired at a high temperature for a shiny glaze that does not fade.

Our Stylist Says

I love this coral table lamp because of its striking combo of the classic ceramic base with an eye-catching shade. Its vibrant hue makes it a great statement piece in both neutral and colourful interiors. The lamp works well in eclectic schemes or as a contrasting touch in more minimal settings, adding warmth and personality. For styling, consider placing it on a side table, console, or bookshelf to create visual interest. Pair it with other coral or terracotta accessories for a cohesive look, or let it stand out as a focal point-either way, its playful yet sophisticated design makes it versatile for many spaces.
