Description
The OKA X Cabana lighting collection is a collaboration between. Cabana Magazine. Founder Martina Mondadori and OKA Co-Founder Sue Jones. This lamp base has been specifically designed to pair well with all three variations of the handmade lampshades in the collection, as well as any other OKA favourites you might have. It is inspired by a lamp that belonged to Martina’s mother; our iteration is hand-turned by skilled artisans before being hand painted with multiple coats of colour to achieve the deep burgundy tone, and sanded for an antique-effect finish. A metallic bulb holder adds to the vintage look of the piece. Due to the artisanal process, each piece will have individual characteristics. Cabana Magazine. Was created to inspire a generation of globetrotters with its biannual publication. The Casa Cabana homeware collection is inspired by the pages of the collectible magazine, featuring one-of-a-kind pieces assiduously collected by Martina on her travels.
