Description

Rope and dried leaves are woven together to form this unique design. The Nanping’s silhouette reminded us of a mandala (a spiritual, flower-shaped symbol), which is why we named it after a village on the Silk Road. Buddhist monks carried mandalas with them, made from whatever they could find, as they travelled west along the Silk Road, introducing their religion to other cultures.

Our Stylist Says

The OKA Nanping Wall Art works beautifully in contemporary and minimalist interiors, adding subtle texture and visual interest without overwhelming the space. I love its neutral tones and handcrafted feel, which make it versatile for various colour palettes. Practical styling tips include pairing it with monochrome or muted surroundings to highlight its intricate pattern, or grouping it with other natural materials for a cohesive, earthy look. It's especially effective hung above a console table or in a lounge to create a calm, curated focal point. Due to its size and detailed design, consider placing it where it can be appreciated up close without cluttering the wall area.
