OKA, Meutia Rattan Table Lamp Base - Antique Brown, Table Lamp

Founded in 1999, OKA aims to bring you furniture that mixes hand-picked global treasures, rich textures and patterns, working with talented artisans from all over the world to bring its ideas to life.

A Tale of Craftsmanship and Elegance

OKA started with three friends, Lady Annabel Astor, Sue Jones, and Lucinda Waterhouse, who wanted to bring exceptional designs from the Far East to the UK.

Today, OKA stands with 16 vibrant stores, stretching its influence from the UK to the US. With every changing season, this brand continues to invite its customers into a world of design inspiration.

Championing Ethical Craftsmanship

Under the keen eyes of Sue Jones, the creative director, the brand draws inspiration from every nook and cranny of the world.

Their commitment to ethical craftsmanship is unwavering, partnering with artisans who have honed their skills over generations. These craftsmen, spread across the globe, ensure each product is not only unique but also ethically sound.

Whether it's the bustling markets of Vietnam or the serene villages in the mountains of India, OKA believes in stimulating global craftsmanship, uplifting local communities, and weaving culture, history, and heritage into each piece.

Pioneering a Sustainable Future

Committed to a circular business model, OKA prioritises sustainability at every step. From responsibly sourcing materials to reducing waste through improved product life cycles, the brand is at the forefront of ecological responsibility.
