Description

Inspired by classical architectural lines, with minimal detailing, these shelves are chameleon-like in their ability to fit into both traditional and modern schemes. Combine with different sizes and multiple units to create your ideal library.

Our Stylist Says

I’m a fan of these flax shelves for their soft ash finish and clean, carpenter-style detail - they bring warmth without overwhelming a space. Their neutral tone makes them a versatile backdrop for both contemporary and classic schemes, from Scandinavian-inspired rooms to relaxed coastal or modern farmhouse interiors. For practical styling, mix books and objects to avoid a library look: stack a few titles horizontally, lean a framed print at the back of a shelf and balance it with a small plant or sculptural piece. Use woven baskets on the lower tier to hide clutter, and leave a little breathing space around each group so the overall feel stays light and organised.
