Price History

Description

The chunky check design of our small Lavanya Lampshade is crafted from screen-printed tussar silk in warm brown and muted blue hues. The natural material is cultivated in the Indian states that have been producing the yarn for centuries. Due to the nature of the fabric, there may be some variation in colour and texture between each piece - it's all part of their charm.

Our Stylist Says

The OKA lampshade is a versatile piece that beautifully combines classic charm with a touch of colour. I love its subtle stripe pattern and the soft silk fabric, which adds a hint of elegance without feeling overly formal. It’s particularly well-suited for traditional or eclectic interiors, and can also bring a cosy, personalised feel to more contemporary spaces. When styling, consider pairing it with warm-toned base lamps or mixing it with more neutral textiles to let the shades’ colours stand out. It works well in living rooms or bedrooms, especially on bedside tables or sideboards, where the soft fabric finish can add warmth and Textural interest. Practical tip: position it where you can appreciate the colour details, and keep the surrounding décor in complementary shades for a cohesive look.
