Description

Small, glossy cowrie shells decorate the surface of our Sanibel Candle Holders. The shells are collected and separated into similar colours and sizes, with white ones specifically chosen for this piece. The sharp edges are smoothed and cleaned by hand before being attached to the mouth-blown glass in a pleasing arrangement. Due to the artisanal processes used, each piece will have individual characteristics, from the thickness of the glass and the appearance of bubbles, to the colour and size of the shells. This is a medium-sized version, other sizes are available.

Our Stylist Says

I really like this shell candle holder because it adds a coastal, relaxed feel to any space. Its neutral white tone makes it versatile and easy to incorporate into different interiors, from modern minimalist to shabby chic. It works particularly well styled on a dining table as a centrepiece or on a mantle with other natural textures like linen or rattan. Practical tips include grouping it with smaller candles or lanterns for added visual interest, and placing it somewhere it can catch natural light to highlight the shell detail. Its sturdy base and simple silhouette also make it ideal for both everyday use and special occasions.
