Description

Club chairs were originally created in France, named ‘fauteuil confortable’ – which translates to ‘comfortable armchair’. This could not be more fitting for our Large George, which has been reimagined with bigger dimensions and finished in the cosiest of white-toned bouclé upholstery. Unlike our other George Armchairs, this one has an extra benefit in the swivelling base, so that you can spin 360 degrees.

Our Stylist Says

I’m a fan of this bouclé swivel chair for its clean lines and soft, milky-white texture - it brings instant warmth without overpowering a space. It works equally well in Scandi-inspired living rooms, contemporary studies or even a minimalist bedroom corner, pairing beautifully with oak side tables, black metal accents or muted pastels. Styling tip: tuck a slim linen or velvet cushion into the back for a pop of contrast, and define the area with a small sheepskin rug or jute mat beneath. Thanks to its swivel base, it’s ideal for creating a relaxed conversation spot or a cosy reading nook.
