Description
A smart, Japanese-inspired side table that is at home in both traditional and modern schemes. Use a pair either side of a sofa or against a wall, they will also work as side tables.

I’m a fan of this Kyoto side table for its crisp geometry and rich ebony finish - it feels contemporary without overpowering a room. The two-tier design is handy for stashing magazines or displaying a small vase, while the raised edge on top prevents items slipping off.
It works particularly well in minimalist, Scandinavian or urban-loft interiors, where its dark wood contrasts nicely against light walls. Style it next to a neutral sofa with a sculptural lamp on top, and use the lower shelf for stacked books or a woven basket to keep the look both functional and uncluttered.
