Description

Kailani is a Hawaiian name meaning ‘sea and sky’, which perfectly encapsulates the two iterations of our Kailani Cushion Covers. This one features a nautical stripe while the other has a pleasing rainbow pattern. The chunky white cord is hand embroidered onto a dyed and mineral-washed linen base. The cushion is finished with a delightful red tassel that mimics the colour of the thread used to secure the rope-like stripes. Due to the artisanal techniques used to craft this cushion, each piece will have individual characteristics that add to their charm.

Our Stylist Says

I really like this stripe cushion cover because it combines classic lines with a fresh, nautical vibe. The indigo and white colourway works beautifully in coastal or relaxed interiors, but it’s versatile enough to add a casual touch to more contemporary spaces. It's perfect for layering on a sofa or armchair-pair it with neutral tones for a balanced look, or mix with other patterns for a more eclectic feel. Practical styling tip: consider pairing it with other linen textiles or textured throws to enhance its natural, laid-back aesthetic while maintaining an inviting, cosy atmosphere. Its straightforward design makes it a reliable choice for adding pattern and colour without overwhelming the rest of your decor.
