Description

The Kaeo Sideboard features trellis-style diamond frontage, with a clean handleless exterior. To open the cabinet, simply push the inside corners of the doors to release them. Inside you will find a shelf with three adjustable height settings, and an interior painted to contrast the distressed Indigo exterior. Our artisans work with repurposed wood sourced from the beams, old doors, walls and floors of derelict homes in China, some of which are more than 100 years old - steeping each piece in history. Playful ball feet support the sideboard with adjustable screws to help the piece sit on uneven floors. Due to the recycled materials used, each piece will have individual characteristics that add to their charm.

Our Stylist Says

I really like the Kaeo Sideboard for its striking geometric pattern and versatile colourway. It works particularly well in contemporary or eclectic interiors where you want a statement piece that also offers practical storage. The natural indigo finish adds warmth and depth, making it suitable for both living rooms and dining spaces. When styling, I recommend keeping accessories simple-perhaps metallic or ceramic accessories-to let the carved design shine. Its sturdy construction and ample storage make it not only stylish but highly functional, especially when used to stow away clutter or serve as a display surface.
