Description

Hirkani is a name of Indian origin meaning ‘small diamond’; the OKA cushion of the same name features motifs and embroidery that are similarly Indian inspired. In particular the design takes its cues from a type of Punjabi folk embroidery – Phulkari patterns. Our modern take on the classic is machine embroidered onto a heavy, quality linen base using a digitally programmed design for full coverage. The textural finish, precise pattern and blue-grey tones lend a each cushion a naturally tranquil feel.

Our Stylist Says

The OKA Hirkani diamond cushion cover offers a modern geometric pattern that instantly adds a refined touch to various interiors. Its blue-grey colourway is versatile, making it an excellent choice for both contemporary and transitional spaces. I love how this cushion can elevate a neutral sofa or bed, creating visual interest without overwhelming the look. Practical styling tips include pairing it with solid-coloured cushions to let the pattern stand out, or mixing it with other textured textiles for a layered and cosy feel. Given its cotton and linen blend, it’s also durable and suitable for everyday use, making it both stylish and functional.
