Description

Taking its name from a painter from the Ming Dynasty period, this is the largest of our Gonglin Planters – its design is slightly differnt from its counterparts with brass handles on the sides. It features a chinoiserie pattern inspired by traditional Chinese paintings; decorative detailing in silver leaf stands out against a dark backdrop. This piece holds faux plant with a 28cm diameter base.

Our Stylist Says

I really like the OKA Gonglin planter in petrol because it adds a sophisticated touch to both contemporary and traditional interiors. The rich petrol hue offers a modern twist on classic materials, making it versatile for various design schemes. It works particularly well in industrial, eclectic, or vintage-inspired spaces, where its brass accents can be showcased alongside other metallic elements. For styling, I suggest pairing it with lush green plants or succulents to create contrast, and placing it on a wooden or marble surface to highlight its elegant design. Keep the surrounding decor minimal to allow the planter’s unique character to stand out.
