Description

Stripes of horizontal pattern decorate the Ginevra Lampshade, and its name translates from Italian to mean 'white wave'. The pattern is hand screen printed onto raw tussar silk, which is hand gathered and bordered by a handwoven gold and teal trim. The vibrancy of the trim pairs well with our similarly coloured Artemisia Cushion Cover. This is the smaller of our two lampshade sizes.

Our Stylist Says

I really like this lampshade for its clean, tailored look and subtle contrast between the off-white pleated silk and the dark border. It works well in both traditional and contemporary interiors, adding a touch of understated sophistication. I’d suggest pairing it with a neutral or muted colour palette to let the pleated texture and colour contrast stand out. Practical styling tips include using it on a table or bedside lamp to bring a refined touch to living rooms or bedrooms, and it works beautifully with ceramic or wooden bases for a cohesive look. Its classic shape and material make it versatile, but it’s particularly good for adding texture and a refined detail to more pared-back or vintage-inspired settings.
