Description

The Fiovana Clay Wall Art celebrates texture with rows of irregular white and charcoal batons of clay. It has been designed exclusively for OKA and is handmade by a company committed to creating employment for local South African women in need; many of whom have been affected by poverty and HIV. The women learn to specialise in specific techniques, which they are able to execute from the comfort of their own homes, providing essential work and skills to poverty-stricken communities. Every piece of clay is handmade and crafted into the artwork, laid to create interest through shadow and light, ensuring each final design is utterly unique.

Our Stylist Says

I love this piece for its modern, abstract appeal and versatile neutral palette, making it a great statement for a variety of interiors. The monochrome tones of charcoal and white help it blend seamlessly into both contemporary and minimalist schemes, while adding a layer of visual interest. It works well hung solo as a focal point, or combined with other artwork for a curated gallery wall. Practical styling tips include pairing it with natural textures like wood or linen for a balanced feel, and hanging it at eye level to maximise impact in living rooms or bedrooms. Its clean lines and subtle texture bring a sophisticated edge without overpowering the space.
