Description

The Docena is the perfect display cabinet, with a simple frame made from painted grey recycled pine that lets its contents do the talking. Through the three doors and 12 tempered glass panels can be seen fixed shelves for all your dining finery. Our artisans work with repurposed wood sourced from the beams, old doors, walls and floors of derelict homes in China, some of which are more than 100 years old – steeping each piece in history. The piece sits on playful bun feet with vertical handles that open its doors. Due to the nature of the materials used, each piece will have individual characteristics that add to their charm.

Our Stylist Says

I’m a fan of this three-door distressed-grey display cabinet for its solid recycled-pine build and versatile finish - it brings a relaxed, lived-in feel without looking overtly rustic. It sits equally well in a modern farmhouse kitchen, a Scandi-inspired living room or even a pared-back urban flat. Styling-wise, keep the interior neat by alternating books and small vases or framed photos, and leave a little breathing space so each piece stands out. If you’re using it for glassware or china, add a slim LED strip at the top for subtle illumination. For a cohesive look, pair it with neutral linens, woven baskets on the lower shelf and a couple of small plants to introduce texture and soften the lines.
