Description

Brimming with 1940s appeal, this armchair takes its name from the musician of that era. Part of its charm, however, is its ability to blend into both traditional and contemporary schemes, thanks to timeless leather upholstery, studded detailing and a comfortable seashell-like back. Our leather is carefully chosen for its full grain, with natural imperfections in the form of wrinkles and scars that give it textural individuality, warmth and resilience. It has no synthetic top coat which allows it to beautifully age over time, telling its own story.

Our Stylist Says

I really like this armchair for its versatile and timeless design. The ash grey leather makes it easy to incorporate into a variety of interiors, from modern and minimal to more classic or eclectic spaces. The gently curved silhouette adds softness while the vertical quilting provides subtle texture-perfect for adding visual interest without overwhelming the room. It works particularly well in cosy corners, living rooms, or even bedroom lounges, where its plush seat invites relaxation. To style it effectively, consider pairing it with natural materials like wood and wool for warmth, or adding a colourful cushion to give it a personalised touch. It’s a practical choice that balances comfort and style effortlessly.
