Description

Our Bobina Mirrors are inspired by bobbin furniture – otherwise known as spool furniture – of the late 17th century. This style had legs that were generally lathe-turned into ornamental shapes in order to make a feature of them. Drawing on this characteristic, the frame of our circular Bobina Twist Mirror is hand carved from mango wood into a pleasing spiralling shape, which is then painted vibrant red and finished with a high gloss which accentuates its form.

Our Stylist Says

I love this Bobina Twist Mirror for its bold pop of colour and textured edge, which adds a contemporary twist to a classic shape. It’s particularly effective in lively, eclectic or modern interiors, where its Chinese red frame can act as a statement piece. Practical styling tips include hanging it in an entryway to create a welcoming focal point or positioning it above a console or sideboard to reflect light and open up the space. Its lightweight mango wood frame also makes it versatile for different wall heights, and mixing it with other colourful or patterned accessories can really make it stand out.
