Description

Our Bobina Mirrors are inspired by bobbin furniture - otherwise known as spool furniture - of the late 17th century. This style had legs that were generally lathe-turned into ornamental shapes in order to make a feature of them. We have expanded our best-selling range to include this oversized, statement floor-standing mirror: drawing on the bobbin characteristic, its solid mango wood frame ishand carved into pleasing spherical shapes, then hand painted contrasting black and vellum hues and finished with an antiqued, rubbed effect. Due to the artisanal techniques used, each piece will haveindividual characteristics that add to their charm.

Our Stylist Says

I really like how the Bobina floor-standing mirror brings a touch of subtle elegance with its distressed black frame and beaded accents. It’s versatile enough to work well in both contemporary and classic interiors, adding depth and character without overpowering the space. Styling tip-wise, I’d suggest placing it in an entryway or open living area to create a sense of space and light, or using it as a statement piece next to a console or sideboard. Its practical height and tilt feature make it functional as well as decorative, ensuring it’s useful for daily routines while adding a stylish focal point.
