Description

Our Berina is inspired by traditional Persian rugs, as seen in its abstract floral patterns and blue framed edge. The 100% cotton base is hand knotted on a loom with hand-spun wool. It takes skilled artisans 20-45 days to complete each piece, and the manual craft results in each rug having individual characteristics that add to its charm. This is the smaller rug of several available sizes.

Our Stylist Says

The OKA Berina rug in grey blue is a versatile piece that adds subtle colour and texture to a variety of interiors. I love how its floral pattern brings a touch of softness and charm, making it perfect for both traditional and contemporary spaces. Its cotton and wool construction ensures durability while maintaining a cosy feel underfoot. For styling, I recommend pairing it with neutral furniture to let the rug stand out, or with vintage pieces to enhance its classic appeal. In smaller rooms, it helps define the space, and in larger areas, it can serve as a focal point. Practical tips include layering it over hardwood or concrete floors for added comfort, and coordinating decorative textiles or accessories in similar muted tones to create a cohesive look.
