Description

The design of our Barnard Console Table is inspired by the shape of traditional-style bookends. It is constructed by hand from recycled elm and pine to form a sculptural appearance that will certainly make a statement. Due to the artisanal techniques and natural, recycled materials used, each piece will have individual characteristics that add to their charm.

Our Stylist Says

I’m a fan of the Barnard console for its simple, curved support detail and warm reclaimed-elm top - it brings character without feeling fussy. It sits equally well in a modern farmhouse hallway, a pared-back Scandi-style living room or even a smart-casual office. To style it, centre a large mirror or art piece above, then layer a mix of low and tall objects - think a slim table lamp one side, a couple of ceramic vases on the other and a neat stack of books in between. Add woven baskets or slim storage boxes underneath to keep the look tidy and give you extra stow-away space.
