Description

In muted colours with a pared-back abstract leaf design, our Aquitane Rug is a welcome addition to a traditional style sitting room or bedroom. The blend of lichen green, copper and pale gold will give a subtle wash of colour to a neutral space. Made from hard-wearing jute and hand-knotted for a chunkier weave, this large rug is as durable as it is elegant.

Our Stylist Says

I love this piece because it brings a touch of understated sophistication with its washed lichen hue and subtle geometric pattern. It works very well in both contemporary and more traditional interiors, adding texture without overwhelming the space. Its cotton and wool blend makes it durable enough for high-traffic areas, while the neutral tones ensure versatility across various colour schemes. For styling, try layering it over a neutral-toned wooden floor or under a minimalist coffee table to highlight its pattern without clashing. It’s also a great way to soften a modern space or add a bit of character to a classic setting - a practical choice that doesn’t compromise on style.
