Description

Fashion designer Adam Lippes has once again brought his discerning eye for design to OKA. Originally found on a piece of antique linen in a French market, this Chinoiserie-style pattern has been reimagined to decorate Adam’s Magistry Tissue Box Holder. Its name stems from the maiden name of his great inspiration, interior designer Madeleine Castaing, who lived in the South of France not so far from where Adam discovered the eye-catching piece of material. The whimsical print encapsulates their shared love of botanical influences, complete with colourful birds perched on blossoming branches.

Our Stylist Says

I love this box for its playful yet refined design, making it a versatile addition to both traditional and contemporary interiors. Its pretty botanical and bird pattern adds a touch of nature-inspired charm, perfect for creating a cosy, inviting atmosphere. The canvas finish gives it a casual yet polished feel, ideal for bathrooms or bedside tables where practicality meets style. For practical styling tips, consider pairing it with other storage units in natural materials or subtle textures to keep the look cohesive. It’s great for organising necessities without sacrificing visual appeal, especially in spaces where subtle elegance is key.
