Description

A quirky candle holder inspired by cephalopods, made of recycled aluminium with a textured nickel finish. Style your dining table with a squid or an octopus or two and top with vibrant coral-coloured candles for an eye-catching look.

Our Stylist Says

I love this octopus-style candle holder for its playful yet sophisticated design-it instantly adds a touch of personality to a space. It works particularly well in eclectic or maritime-inspired interiors, but can also bring an unexpected modern twist to minimalist setups. Practical styling tips include positioning it on a side table or shelf where it can be a focal point-pair it with neutral tones to let the metallic finish stand out, or combine it with other nautical accents for a cohesive look. It’s a great piece for both everyday use and special occasions, where its quirky form can really shine as a conversation starter.

About Graham & Green

Founded in 1974, Graham & Green are a family business that started in Notting Hill, and have many pieces that bring touch of individuality and character to any space.

The Inception of a Lifestyle Brand

In 1974, Antonia started Graham & Green after a trip to India. She wanted to be independent and worked with traders from different countries. This led her to create the UK's first 'lifestyle' brand, bringing unique home items from places like India, Morocco, and Europe.

The first Graham & Green store opened in Notting Hill in 1974, showcasing Antonia's special collection of items from around the world. You can still visit this original store on Elgin Crescent today.

Evolution through Generations

Graham & Green has a rich history full of important moments. In 1980, they started creating hand-drawn mail-order catalogues to share their store's charm with more people.

They opened a new store in Primrose Hill in 1994, reflecting the brand's playful and free nature.

Antonia's son, Jamie, took a creative lead in 1998. Having studied at Kingston University, he began designing unique furniture collections, shifting Graham & Green from not only importing items but also creating them.

Then, in 1999, Graham & Green launched their first website, allowing people all across the UK to shop their collections online.

Milestones and Memories

Over time, Graham & Green has marked its journey with special products, like unique Birthday items with lovebird designs. After Antonia led the brand for 37 years, Jamie and Lou took over, pushing Graham & Green to grow even more.

They opened big stores in Bayswater and Bath in 2016. By 2018, Graham & Green updated their website to keep it modern and stylish for their customers.
