I’m a big fan of the Nova stool in cream for its clean lines and durable, easy-wipe surface - it feels fresh without being fussy. It works equally well in a pared-back Scandi kitchen or a coastal-inspired breakfast bar, and the neutral tone lets you introduce bolder accessories such as a patterned runner or dark timber countertop without clashing. For a relaxed look, pair it with woven seat pads or a slim cushion in linen; for something more graphic, group two or three against a monochrome tiled splashback and hang simple black metal pendants above.

In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
