Contrasting finishes create the tonal variations seen here with brushed steel handle mounted on wood grained fronts. All our furniture is made in the United Kingdom, to the highest quality. It is delivered direct to your location of choice by one of our two man delivery teams, and come full assembled - Please Note that any handles or legs may be removed durning transit to avoid the risk of damage.

I’m a fan of this dusk-grey and oak bedside unit for its clean lines and built-in storage - the three drawers are ideal for stashing chargers, reading glasses and paperwork out of sight. Its muted grey paint and light Bardolino oak top slot effortlessly into Scandi-inspired, modern-farmhouse or contemporary classic schemes, especially when paired with soft neutrals or deeper accent hues like charcoal or navy. For styling, keep the top simple: a compact table lamp, a small ceramic tray for keys or jewellery, and perhaps a sprig of greenery in a matt vase. Inside the drawers, use slim dividers to separate small bits (pens, batteries, remotes) and preserve that uncluttered look. If you want a co-ordinated feel, echo the oak tone elsewhere in the room - a picture frame or a hardwood picture shelf - and layer in textiles (a patterned cushion or throw) that pick up on the grey finish.

Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
