Our Stylist Says
I love this pendant light for its clean, minimalist aesthetic that works well in a variety of interiors. Its simple white finish makes it versatile, perfect for both modern and Scandinavian-inspired spaces. It’s an especially good choice over kitchen islands, dining tables, or in bedrooms where a soft, ambient glow is desired. For styling, consider hanging a cluster of different sizes for added visual interest or pairing it with warm wooden accents to bring a cozy feel. Keep the surrounding decor simple to let this piece stand out, and ensure the length of the cord is adjustable for optimal positioning. Overall, it’s a practical yet stylish choice that can elevate the look of any room.

About Habitat
The Birth of Habitat
In 1964, Sir Terence Conran founded Habitat in London, aiming to bring a fresh European touch to UK home decor.
The first store, located on Fulham Road in Chelsea, became the blueprint for all Habitat stores to come. The store stood out with its distinct design, and was famously known for selling affordable pasta storage jars just as the pasta market began booming in the UK.
Rapid Expansion & Legacy
Habitat grew swiftly in the UK during the 1960s and even crossed borders with its first international store in Paris in 1973.
The brand's journey through the decades saw various mergers and acquisitions, including its integration with Sainsbury's Group in 2017.
Habitat's innovation extended beyond products; they even launched a mail-order system in 1966 and initiated the concept of flat-pack furniture in 1971.
Celebrating its rich history, the brand marked its 50th anniversary in 2014 by collaborating with past designers and commissioning a special logo.
Innovation & Collaboration
Habitat has always been at the forefront of modern design. Throughout its history, the brand has been renowned for its collaborations with acclaimed artists and designers, ensuring it consistently offers unique, limited-edition collections.
Under the umbrella of the Sainsbury's Group since 2017, Habitat continues its tradition of merging contemporary aesthetics with functional design, solidifying its reputation as a leading name in home furnishings.
