I’d call this the Nordic table for short - its mix of solid oak legs and a matt white top gives it a clean, unfussy look that works equally well in Scandinavian, modern farmhouse or pared-back contemporary spaces. At 150cm it’s a practical size for four to six people and the painted surface is easy to wipe clean, so it’s as sensible as it is stylish.
For styling, opt for chairs in mixed materials - perhaps two upholstered seats at the ends and wooden ones along the sides - to add texture without clutter. Keep the colour palette neutral and layer a simple runner down the centre, then finish with a low greenery arrangement or candles in ceramic holders. Above the table, a pendant light with a slim profile will help define the dining area without overwhelming the space.
