Description

Our Amaga mirror is the perfect piece to bring any garden to life. Designed with a timeless arched shape and classic panelling, it effortlessly complements outdoor spaces. The finish is carefully crafted to pair beautifully with our bestselling Parwaha range. Full of character, the Amaga mirror adds depth and serves as a stunning focal point, enhancing both the style and atmosphere of your garden.

Our Stylist Says

This arch mirror is a stylish addition to both rustic and contemporary outdoor spaces, thanks to its antique black finish. I love how it adds a touch of elegance while complementing natural textures, making it perfect for patios, garden walls, or even a covered alfresco area. When styling, consider hanging it near greenery or against a textured wall to enhance visual interest. Practical tips include pairing it with outdoor lighting to highlight its shape after dark or leaning it against a wall for an effortless, relaxed look. It works well in both symmetrical arrangements and as a striking standalone feature, bringing depth and character to any outdoor setting.

About Nkuku

Established in 2003, Nkuku offers ethically sourced, handcrafted, and eco-friendly homewares and furniture. Their pieces introduce an element of rustic elegance to your space, perfect for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The Story of Nkuku

Inspired by the artisans they met during a world trip in 2002, Ali and Alex established Nkuku, a brand that celebrates handmade techniques and traditional skills from artisans across the world.

The journey began with a business plan drafted on a beach, with the name "Nkuku" taken from a Zambian village they passed.

Starting in Devon, they initially sold products from their travels at local markets. Eventually, Nkuku transitioned from a wholesale business to a known retail brand, offering a wide range of homewares, from tableware to furniture.

Values and Ethical Commitment

Nkuku is not just about selling products; it's about values. They are committed to an ethical approach, partnering with independent businesses, social projects, and cooperatives. Their focus? Building transparent, strong relationships with suppliers to ensure mutual success.

They're also environmentally conscious, incorporating natural and recycled materials into their products. From golden hemp and reclaimed mango wood to textiles recycled from old t-shirts, Nkuku champions sustainability and eco-friendly production methods.

Sustainability at Its Heart

Every Nkuku product tells a tale, capturing the essence of traditional, handmade craftsmanship. By embracing low-impact production methods, they bring collections that are individually crafted, ensuring each piece is unique.

The brand cherishes the age-old knowledge passed down through generations of artisans. It's not just about home décor for them; it's about keeping a rich heritage alive and celebrating the beauty of handmade uniqueness.
