I’m a fan of the Aasha nest because its contrasting natural mango-wood tops and slim iron frames introduce warmth without feeling bulky. The clean round profiles work equally well in pared-back Scandi settings or more textured, industrial-leaning living rooms. As a stylist, I’d use the smaller table tucked partially underneath to play with height - perfect for a vase of fresh flowers or a stack of art books - then pull it out when you need an extra surface. Keep decoration minimal: a ceramic tray, a couple of coffee-table reads and perhaps a small plant will maintain the airy, uncluttered look.

John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.
