Seat cushioning: foam and inner coil spring. Cushioning is fixed. Back suspension: rubber webbing. Back cushioning: fibre. Cushioning is fixed. Arm cushioning: foam and fibre. The non-recliner version of this sofa does not have USB charging. Please allow time for new recliners to ease. Minor gaps are necessary to ensure ease of recliner motion and may be exaggerated depending on floor type. Clean regularly using a soft brush or vacuum with the curtain attachment. I’m really pleased with how versatile the Nixon corner sofa is - its clean lines and gentle upholstery texture make it an ideal base for both contemporary and relaxed living rooms. The generous seating and modular shape suit open-plan spaces or larger lounges, while the soft, neutral fabric works equally well with bold accent cushions or a muted, Scandi-inspired palette. For styling, I’d layer a chunky throw over one arm and introduce two or three cushions in different scales - think one in a graphic print, another in a soft velvet. Position a low coffee table in front to keep the sightlines clear and add a tall plant in the corner to balance the height of the backrest. A slim side table tucked into the shorter run gives you somewhere for a reading lamp without interrupting the flow.
