Hand-tufted by skilled artisans in Jaipur, Nina is beautifully soft, thick, and irresistibly luxurious underfoot, while its generous size means it adds plenty of coverage for warmth and texture in your home. Why not use it to ‘anchor’ your living room by placing it in middle of a seating arrangement? Hand-tufted rugs are typically the thickest type of rug. Instead of creating knots, loops of yarn are instead pulled through the rug's backing material with a hand-held tool. The loops are then sheared to create a smooth cut-pile surface. Hand-tufted rugs can shed excess fibres to begin with, and they do require regular cleaning with an upright vacuum cleaner to keep them looking their best.
